Countdown to Graduation: Part 2

This is week 2 of the countdown to graduation in pictures. I can’t believe how difficult it is to remember to take one picture everyday. It’s so simple but so hard for me to remember. Also, honesty zone, sometimes I really have to dig to find something good about each day.

Day 94: Stopping to smell the totally fake, decades old, panhellenic building roses. But actually, learning to laugh that we’ve spent more time in the Kappa room than we have at our own homes thanks to All-University Sing.

Day 93: Love getting surprise Valentine mail from my mom and my Grandmomma (forgot to document the latter…)

Day 92: The upside to cold days: Warm blankets, hot bevs and good books.

Day 91: Since Kappa initiation landed on Valentine’s Day, I spent Valentine’s with my GALentine’s eating more ice-cream and brownies than I care to admit, because nothing represents the meaning of Kappa better than baked goods, amirite?? (sidenote: I had never heard the term ‘galentines’ until this year…am I way behind?)

Day 90: Beautiful flowers from my valentine!

Day 89: Woke up with an inkling of sickness which I absolutely have no time for. Remedy? Chicken Chili from Shauna Niequist’s book Bread & Wine (see: Day 92). I couldn’t make it look as pretty as it tasted, but trust me, it works wonders for the soul.

Day 88: Chaco weather is BACK people! Thank. Goodness.

Enjoy the beautiful weather! :)
